Frozen Food Packaging

“MAP” packaging is not required for products offered for sale as frozen. Although it is sufficient to stack the product in the plate, it is assumed that the gas within the plate will provide an extra shelf life if the plates are defrosted for a short time as a result of possible heat problems. In plate closure packaging; the products in the stack are not in contact with each other since they are in a plate, so there is no possibility of breaking or deforming. In general, since standard containers are used in this packaging method, it also provides great convenience and standardization in packing.
